    1. You register your organisation and add details of each free/chargeable activity you want to include in the campaign. You can continue to add more activities even after registration.
    2. We'll post you a campaign toolkit. It'll include marketing material, activity vouchers and a QR code poster - more about the toolkit (PDF)
    3. We'll promote the campaign, and you can share our posts via your social networks. Then, watch the bookings roll in!
    4. You run your activities and give each new participant an activity voucher - mark their unique voucher number and the date on the card. For returning participants, simply mark the date on their existing card.
    5. Before you begin each of your sessions, ensure all campaign participants check-in by scanning the QR code poster.
    6. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 throughout the duration of the campaign.
    7. You collect all activity vouchers marked with 12 dates and return them to us via the pre-paid envelope at the end of the campaign.

Increase physical activity during the campaign

Improve confidence and wellbeing

Create opportunities for community

We're committed to tackling the greatest health challenges where they're needed most.

We've identified Bedwell, Crowley Hill and Waltham Cross as priority areas. These communities experience high levels of poverty, have diverse populations, and many residents live with disabilities or long-term health conditions.

If your organisation runs activities in one or more of these areas, we encourage you to register now.

By focusing on these areas, we aim to make a significant impact on health and wellbeing.
