install double yellow lines on the corner of Turpin's Ride, Welwyn at the junction with the B197 main road. Cars park on this corner particularly at dropping off times and collection times at the local school. This makes it hazardous for cars trying to enter Turpin's Ride from the main road, causing a dangerous obstruction. It was particularly dangerous this morning (11/09/2017) as the parked car had tinted windows and I was unable to see past it to be able to safely access the main road from Turpin's Ride. It is only a matter of time before a collision occurs, probably involving child passengers. |
